Raffle W on sacai.jp turned into an L.. Tried to check out with multiple cards already but keep getting "failed to settle the card" message. Customer service at sacai.jp definitely won't be responding till after the 12hour limit purchase period is over LOL
I'm not sure if they made less, but one thing I remembered from the release was sizes US12-16 were sold out by the time I made my purchase at 7xxx order number
It ain't over, not for me and not for all the other people who received the wrong colour way. This isn't only just happening to a handful of people. From what I've seen a lot of the international orders didn't get the blue colour way.
I didn't wait 3 weeks just to receive something else...
On a second thought, I feel like the response I got from Union was a generic response. Ofc they're gonna say it's sold out so as to not have to deal with the logistics of returning it again.

What size and how recent was the exchange? I assume it's an international order too?
I spoke to Union as well regarding my wrong colour shipment. Union rep told me they're not handling the release & logistics of it and can only forward my issue via email to whoever is handling them. Let's hope they get back to me soon and along with it, a solution.
Just sent them an email about receiving the wrong colour. I don't really have much hope for swapping given how poorly they've handled this release already. Not to mention they probably don't even have any stock left. sighhhhh

Not sure if this is happening to other international orders, but when I go to my order confirmation, the page says "DHL" with a tracking number hyperlink that redirects me to USPS instead. I had to manually put the tracking number in DHL to get my tracking info.
