I feel like the problem with StockX in this case is that they don't let the user know what's going on.
A simple e-mail or pop-up notification saying due to COVID we're re-routing your order to another facility and may take 2-3 days would leave a lot less people frustrated about the delay. Right...

got mixed up asian size and US size and tried to cancel. but it was on the Kobe's right after he passed so they ended up charging me.
other time I think it was a Ultraboost Seoul edition and it was again the wrong size (Asian vs US)
i think they do this is they can find another pair that is at the same cost or below the price you paid for. And then if the price is somehow lower than the pair you paid for, they pocket the cash.. same with GOAT.
If they can't find one or the price has gone up then they offer the refund after...
