I just talked to customer service for the 3rd time - finally got someone that would actually investigate, as I still didn't get a refund. Apparently no one initiated the refund, so the CS rep did while I was on the phone and provided a refund number. They also sent a $10 coupon (no min...

My order status says "released to ship", but when I click the details it says "1 unit cancelled" in red? Anyone have any ideas - I never received any type of confirmation from Footlocker...the only thing that went through were the funds being deducted from my Paypal account?

My payment went thru on FTL but when I check order status it says cancelled? Hope you guys have better luck...haven’t received a confirmation or cancellation email so we shall see.
