I've never made a NBY, are the Unlocked smooth leather options also better than GR leather? Or is it just the tumbled which is better?

Hated them when I first saw them but weirdly they've grown on me. It's like the opposite of my taste but I think the colorblocking is great. I'd only cop if they went on sale though
