I am able to login just fine to my VIP account. Once I try to checkout, the site/app keeps asking me to change my password. No matter how many times I change it, the same issue occurs. Does not matter if it's the app on a iPhone or on the desktop (I've tried multiple browsers). Same issue...

GOAT's customer service communication is total crap. It's a big flaw in their company as it is very frustrating for the customer. Good luck with the email. It's always articulated as if it's written by the same Chinese people who sell me my counterfeit jerseys. Unacceptable.

Yep. Just like the Jordan XX9's. Impossible to find for resale in my size. Super bummed.

A simple customer support phone number and this issue never would've escalated to this point. As has been said on this thread, GOAT does a lot of things right, and some things wrong. It's only frustrating because they are such a cool service.

BIN. And in general, very few are for sale on ebay or anywhere else.  Had I not bought mine on the release day, I wouldnt be able to find a pair close to my size that I could even pay $300 for. They just dont exist.

Wore my Black Cats to the gym for the first time today. Good basketball shoe. They aint 8's but they are nice. I'll be getting another pair if they are on discount at Footlocker at some point. 

I think it's safe to say we really slept on these.  Resale is around $250 if you can even find them. I thought about getting a extra pair when I made my order. I regret not doing it now. 

a poor school. Jordans were the first $100+ shoe. Few were gonna spend that kind of money on a shoe for a 10 year old.
