The feeling of a sizing difference amongst the EQTs is due to the thickness of the insoles. The OK and WM have thinner insoles and those millimeters may be the difference on toe bulge. The OK EQT also has a looser or stretchier upper. Also this custom seems to be a true TB EQT.

I think if they used a white based color for the MC3.0, it will look a lot better. The MC1.0 and 2.0 used white and it pops more. I like the execution of the 2.0 better but the 2.0 design overall just wasn't for me.

According to her it feels a little loose since the upper is like mesh knit and not a sock like fit. But lengthwise it is still ok to get the same size as the other EQTs. Also the insoles are not as thick as the OGs or white turbos. Both the WM and OK have thinner insoles.
