You might be right. I hooped in the FC Barcelona's for a second and third time and the traction seemed to improve a bit. It's still not as great as the other solid outsoles but better than the first time.
It's not too late. I just picked up a pair today to be delivered to my house for $99.99. They should still be able to order for you if your size is available in the system. My local store didn't have my size but somewhere out there another FL had it.
The Kobe XI TBs are $89 at Champs Sports. The have blue, red, black and navy. It's listed at $119 plus an additional 25% off so total is $89. Sizes vary.
I was able to unDS my pair tonight and I'm sorry to say that the traction was a disappointment. I did not play in a game but I was doing some drills that required some lateral and forward movements with sudden stops and the shoes were slipping. I think my Carpe Diems which have clear translucent...
I've hooped in the Kobe IX EMs countless times but this is my first time hoopin in the Elites. The traction is superb as usual but the shoes feel much stiffer compared to the EMs. I also felt like I was getting some heel lift, although I didn't try to lace them up tighter since they already felt...
Lol. Yes. The most recent additions were two pairs of the Kobe ALTs ($84 pair) and one pair each of Mambacurials and Cloaks ($80 pair). I keep telling myself no more pairs but I can't refuse at these prices.
This is the last Kobe line that I plan to own so I'm all in. I don't own any Kobe ADs...
The store sticker price is $99 but it rings up as $80. The salesperson told me it was $99 so I kindly asked for him to ring it up and it rang up for $80.
Sweet. I was able to buy a pair at my local FL for $80 as well. They didn't have it in store so they ordered it for me and I should have it delivered within 3-7 business days. 50% off retail is a fantastic price.
This guy knows what he's talking about. That's precisely what I do to locate a pair in my size. Although I just go straight to footlocker.com since I don't have the footlocker app.
For those wondering how the traction is on the Ghost, the traction is great. I was pleasantly surprised with how well they were gripping and it was actually squeaking when making sudden stops or step backs. They also look good on court, IMO.
Please post a pic once it's been cut. There are a few areas of the shroud that are thicker and requires something more sharp and more pressure to completely cut but the rest will cut easily. Here is a comparison pic between room lights vs sunlight. The flyknit is more vibrant in natural light.
I've never seen this colorway either but the construction looks legit. The mesh pattern, shape and outsole pattern are all pointing to authentic. I don't have a Kobe IX to compare as I'm writing this but usually the fake ones are screaming fake. On the fake ones, you can tell easily because of...
