I agree with Tim, the story definitely doesn't add up. No form of marking showing its a B-Grade and from my perspective, it looks like a UA pair. The flaws I see is the paper that comes with the shoe and how the writing is darker then usual and the patent leather cut is so high that it looks...

I have a pair of 2013 Bred 1s and I usually just wipe em lightly with a damp cloth... Never really bothered with cleaner and all... But pretty sure it isn't supposed to rub off.

Sorry to say this but this is definitely a replica, a decent one of course, most likely UA  but who cares. The 23 is definitely too wide and the box is slightly to shiny. Most importantly the soles, they should definitely have some deep yellowing, sea glowed or not. Also the ankle area is really...
