With how Nate looked in his last boxing match with Jake I have very little interest in this upcoming fight. I'll prob just catch the highlights on Sunday and look for a replay if I hear it's worth watching.
Weds is my wfh day and suffice to say I haven't been that productive today. Have taken on a few light tasks, went to Costco before lunch to get few things and samples, then this afternoon it has been dead. Plus I'm taking PTO Friday.
I think the overwhelming majority has moved past this but Dana keeps promoting JJ as the GOAT and top P4P (for dumb reasons but that's another convo lol) so they are going to give him this ridiculous legacy fight so he can ride off into the sunset. Then if Poatan beats Aspinall Jones may return...
Just checked her wiki and didn't realize Tracy was such a decision machine lol. Has only fought once a year since 2020 and 9 of her 11 wins are decisions including all 6 UFC fights.
But as bad as this Sat's main event could be we are getting Lemos vs. Jandiroba the following week!! Only fight I...
Well the Bikeriders was a movie... It felt very dull in its storytelling and the only character I felt any connection with was Tom Hardy's. Didn't really feel anything for Jodie Comer or Austin Butler's as they almost felt lifeless. Butler's character really stayed up all night smoking cigs...
I'd have Ankalaev as the slight favorite but def disagree with him being a -250 favorite. Plus outside of the controversial draw with Jan (which I thought Magomed edged out) he doesn't really have any impressive wins. If he doesn't get Alex next I'd say match him with Hill or Jan again.
Watched the card last night and yea main card was largely buns outside of main event and co-main had entertaining portions. Poatan continues to defy MMA logic going 8-1 in the UFC in under 3 years. Guy made his debut after Conor's last win. He obviously was fast tracked to a shot due to his...
Ehh movie was very slow and some scenes you literally see the back of the killer walking for what seems like minutes. Would not recommend. A few kills were brutal but nothing that disturbing.
Lopes-Ortega now at 155. Can't say this surprises me given the short notice. Wonder if this has any effect on Ortega deciding to move up after this fight. With a loss I could definitely see him making the move to 55.
Saw some documentary years ago about these Christians grouping up to partake in card counting at casinos. They justified it saying they were taking money from these evil establishments or something to that sort.
Imagine a world where the likes of CT, Johnny, Laurel, Cara Maria, Darrell and Jordan were amongst the first competitors eliminated. Don't tell me they wouldn't create something like a redemption house to give them a second chance to get back in. If they do some kind of early season purge and...
All good man, at first thought you meant AAU, rotary, Crawsover Pro-am etc haha. I don't ball that much these days outside of shooting around from time to time and the occasional pickup game. Used to do runs at Greenlake years ago and sometimes you'd get D1 type guys there.
