Yeah, I got nowhere with customer service. She had no reasoning behind the cancellation. I asked several time with no other response but this  "I'm sorry, is their anything else I can help you with?"

No. I double checked everything before submitting order. Everything matched!

Placed order on thursday with finishline at 10:15am for the game royal metcons. Recieved confirmation email and number. feeling excited. Wake up this morning to an email thanking me for my order and letting me know that my request to cancel the order has been accepted and I will not be charged...
