The 990 series has a 12mm drop which is the difference in height from heel to toe, this is a VERY high drop for a running shoe. Most running shoes almost 90% are in the 6 to 8 mm range. When you consider how this affects your running gait and couple that with the added weight of the 990 my guess...
Unless you are a true D width or wide I would recommend the narrow if your buying one of the colors that comes in a B width. I have two pairs of the 990v4 and both of them are narrow. Not only do the narrow have more of an aesthetic look they also fit more snug and break in like a glove. This is...
How does the width feel? I have two pairs of the v6 and love em but wasn't much a fan of the previous v7 which I felt had a weird fit where they put the flex grooves. I'm glad they improved upon that aspect as well as the heel collar.
hate to say it but the price of the 993 is going up to $139.99 from $129.99 starting tomorrow. Pretty sure NB will be doing a 50% off for black friday at their outlets this year so if you see some nice lifestyle on clearance might wanna put them on hold if you can.
That back heel pad doesn't seem to be stitched in or that off white beige color that it usually is so at first glance I would say no. Either way they are a nice looking colorway.
Not just the NB's they remove a lot of stuff from all the brands they host on the site as well. Kind of annoying like were not gonna pick up on that lol. Btw Feature's terrible return policy and high shipping I am honestly surprised they are even keeping the lights on in that place.
I remember seeing these in the product catalog awhile back, pretty sure there is some sort of water repellent materials as well as a lugged outsole. They are significantly heavier than the normal 990's(according to the oz weight) which is usually a good thing when making ****** weather durable...
How does that Angora Cream look in person? Is it more off-white or pure white. That and the nimbus cloud seem so similar on the nb1 rendition its hard to tell the true scope of white you get with the cream.
Maybe its just my own perception of Jcrew but I have always felt like they are most popular "boring" menswear label out there. Their entire catalog and namesake is built on a platform of average mid twenties aesthetic of grey, khaki and pastel spring colors.
Why are they not making more of this model?? These have a better shape than the 576 and 670 which NBUK seems to pump out endlessly these days. I would rather have these out than the newish re-released 770 which doesn't seem to be selling that well.
I was really hoping that Freesia would have more texture or character too it but it just looks like some banana yellow lol Cherry and Tiger are both nice though.
Ok I know I'm not the only one who has thought about this before but why doesn't NB update the cushioning in the midsole on their made in usa/uk shoes? I get that its a retro style but the Absorb on the 998 and the Absorb on the running 880 model are two completely different foams. It seems like...
They're "hyped" right now because of FOG and streetwear but I imagine the fever is dying down a little now that people realize that Vans isn't limiting the supply and places keep restocking. There's prob at least 150+ pairs on Ebay for a full range of dumb prices and no one seems to be buying...
Did anyone buy something from the Hot Rod LA 40% off mothers day sale today? I like their in house brand stuff but man their website is atrocious you literally have to surf the whole site to find certain items and also I got caught sleeping on the yellow/navy check slips which would have been a...
My NB1's have that same glue mark on the crease, I doubt NB will do anything for you on that just part of the game honestly when it comes to handmade and suede. What colors did you use on these is that powder or brown?
This "hype" on these seems to be outlasting the usual time frame of hyped and sold out styles and its starting to aggravate me lol also vans needs to release the red slip on's in the US and not just overseas because those ones look great also and I have only seen a full size of them at End and...
