Check the insole of the shoe . Knock offs often use cheap material and for the bottom of the shoe the rubber would feel more like a hard plastic.

I did some research on the off stitching. Come to find out the 11 ' have always had that stitching. I looked at a pair of OG Columbia's and they had that same stitching. So i pulled out all my 11' and all of them had that same thing your showing in your pics so your good bro.

The reason I asked was because th 4 ' s in kids sizes have the soles of the 3's. On thing i look for is the insoles. Fakes come with cheap in soles that tare really fast if you pull it out and you don't see any stitching along the bottom of the shoe there fake. The fake kicks are glued.

I pray your info is correct cause those will be added to the Holy grail.
