If the seller didn't state they were 100% authentic, and the shoes pictured were the exact same shoes you received, you might have a hard time returning them (unless seller accepts returns). Good luck man.
Those are Air Jordan Flight 9s. I'm pretty sure there aren't many fakes of those (if there are any at all). If you're unsure, you can compare your kicks to the ones pictured here...
