There isn't any generic way of distinguishing real/fake. Some fakes are better than others. This pair specifically has messed up stitching on the upper portion of the tongue as well as on the toebox.
Need a price check on DS 1997 Royal Foams. OG all but no box. Still factory laced.
(Not sure if it matters but they're size 16 which probably adds value since it's not very common?)
Thanks!
I'm sticking with they're not legit. The air holes on the left shoe are larger than the ones on the right shoe. That happens on legit pairs sometimes, but it's not as noticeable and it's not very common.
Can you take some more pictures? They look fine from these but it's a little hard to see fine details.
Also did they come unlaced or did you unlace them?
Find it funny how footlocker actually called me asking if I wanted to buy the size 15 they had because they knew no one was going to buy them smh. Don't get me wrong they're alright but these aren't something I can see myself wearing.
Got my pair this morning. Thank the lord they had my size. Couldn't be happier with these, can't find any flaws with them. No glue stains, nothing. Super happy with the quality of them!
They look legit to me but they're beat the **** up lmao. Personally wouldn't even spend the $60 on them unless you know how to restore them yourself for little effort/money.
But yeah I'd say they're authentic.
Everything looks on point to me asides from the obvious wear that's on them. Shape looks on point, and like the user above said it's not common you see fake anniversary 11's and when you do they usually look completely f'd up.
Pretty sure you got some authentics bud :)
