After 48 hours it should be good to clean, but I've never got my 08/10 Liverpool Gerrard dirty to require cleaning the lextra. My best guess is to hand wash in cold water with Woolite and use light pressure.

Repped. Are the jerseys Asian sized? Is this a legit spot? I'm wary of buying overseas. 

After heat pressing it is advised not to wash the jersey for 48 hours, and probably also applies to spot cleaning.
