Thanks a lot for the great help and the problem I am most concerned is the heel drag, is it possible to fully restore it? add some rubber? both the black part and icy part. From the first pic you see, if I dont stop it, it will go to the foam part, which I am sure is not fixable.

Desperate for help on this restoration? Is it possible to restore this problem? How?
