Got the sages out for the first time in a while today, still my favourite ever Gel Lyte V. None of these recent GLV collabs have touched them IMO!

Picked up some Footpatrol Kayanos yesterday, possibly my favourite collaboration of the year! They are so underrated, look amazing on feet and everything about them screams quality. The waterproof suede and 3m are nice touches too. They've definitely changed how I look at the Kayano as a model.

No hype on speckles for me, like someone said before it's just a nice simple colourway on my favourite ever silhouette. Reserved and bought my pair during my lunch break today and at £80 I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever.

Saw the EU exclusive footlocker GLV's in person today, couldn't buy them as they release on the 25th but I will definitely be snapping these up when they drop.

Yeah i should have done, definitely regret not picking them up as the colourway is really growing on me! the price is only a little above retail still here in the uk though so hopefully they'll be mine soon.

They're anything but ashy dude. if you mean it looks lighter from different angles then congratulations, you just worked out one of the defining qualities of real suede.

Like i said, in an actual brick and mortar offspring store in Brighton. Picked them up and passed on them to go for the sages later on in the day.

After a quick Google I retract my previous statement. Still doesn't detract from the fact that these wouldn't be more attractive with fieg attached.

Yeah for the time it took them to ship out you would have thought they'd mark down to like $100 or something at least. Still a believable figure but the charges would have been a lot lower!

It does say castle donnington yeah but it's an arrival scan, almost twelve hours after the departure scan at Philadelphia. They won't deliver until Monday anyway so I guess it makes no difference, just feel better knowing they made it across the Atlantic okay :)
