 I would jsut repaint over it. It depends how used the pair would be, but usually you can see slight grooves of how the elephant print use to be. Its definately not going to come out perfect no matter how you do it, but I would just follow the grooves as close as possible

The jumpman is slightly different when you compare 5s from 2006 to the most recent models. The jumpman actually looks a lot better in these more recent pics, so im gonna still say they  are legit

I think these are legit also, the only thing that looks kind of weird is the stitching of the jumpman on the tongue of the left. It is pretty sloppy, but wouldnt worry too much about that

I would try salon care 40, or making sole sauce. In my experience it works pretty well for midsoles and I think it would do pretty well for the plastic on your trainers

Im gonna say fake. Stitching of the back jumpman doesnt look right and not detailed enough. The netting also doesnt have the right milkiness

Try using acetone to take off the paint. But be careful because if you use too much it will dull out the patent leather. Uncrease the toe boxes using an iron.

Im not 100% sure about these, but the sole is missing the distinct blue tint which is an issue

Like everyone else has already stated you are going to need a lot clearer pictures, especially of the soles. Something that looks strange is the size 9.5 on the box font looks sorta thin.
