Need a legit check on these

I got these off a seller on eBay. The guys at RIF says everything else is good. The other shoe is perfect, it's just the ball doesn't line up between the 2 and 3 on one shoe and that's their only concern. I'm thinking it might just be a defect but I kind of don't to risk having a UA pair.

I took these to RIF to legit check and they said everything checks out except the jumpman on this shoe. It doesn't line up between the 2 and 3. You think this is just a factory defect?

Can I get a legit check on these Legend Blue's I just got? Everything seems to check out to me. The only concern I really have is the fact that the carbon fiber on these feel really flat. Thanks.
