If he claims the shoes are 100% authentic, even if his page says "no refunds if not 100% authentic" ebay and paypal will protect you if it is in fact a counterfit.

Fake. The fact that the seller is trying to hide the air bag makes it obvious. Anyways, you can still partially see the air bag; and its pillars, not needles.

For one, the carbon fiber is fake, the colors are WAAAAYYY off, and back pull tabs are all messed up.  That "custom" colorway is a very well known fake and will never come out in that color. He gave you fake a shoe. Heres what its supposed to look like:

Looks good besides the color. I believe it really is lighting though. Ask for a pic with better lighting. Also price wise, I wouldn't pay more than 275. I bought my pair vnds for 327 with minimal yellowing. These guys are definitely worn more than twice.

This is a legit pair. Very dirty bottoms though, I doubt they glow too much now. If you're buying, I wouldn't pay more than 250-300 (thats a generous range too)
