They're not exactly the same, you can see the differences in this thread... Least of which are the all 3M upper and volt accents on the SB vs the non-3M upper and yellow-strike accents on the Oregons.

There are deals to be had out there, I've seen some pairs (larger sizes mostly) go for just over $100 on Eugene area FB groups. I paid ~$300 for mine but I bought them at auction from the university, DS with COA.
