What would be the best way to do a bred for Oreos trade? PayPal invoice?

Did anyone not get a hangtag on their pair from Adidas? 

How is the Bred sizing in comparison to the Oreos? The breds are my first V2 but I want to trade for the Oreos and they fit a little loose. I went up 1/2 size so should I stick with 1/2 size up in the Oreos or go tts? 

Will a size 9 in V2s be ok if I am currently wearing an 8 in V1s and 8.5 UBs? 

Any reason why?
