great to see that the black sails re-releasing! considering my pair tore from the first wear, definitely going to pick up a pair.

they were fine before i wore them. didn't notice what happened until i got home and took them off. 

I think it's a defect. Most likely believe it is a defect, my first pair of sails have torn, but that is because I have played ball in them outdoors.  I usually go half down cause I love the snug fit. Nope. Thanks for the help everyone. Definitely going to try stock locating tomorrow.
