That's strange. It wouldn't be FNL's fault tho. Their supplier is the one to blame. The factory probably screwed up the production for a lot of the pairs sent to FNL. Same goes for the mismatched boxes and pairs with different sizes. I doubt FNL employees even open the boxes to check the shoes...

Got it in cart since 10 am... logged in only to see it removed from cart... added back to cart and got logged out... logged back in and it was removed from cart.

I'm in the same boat as you. Just received one pair from Size? but not my other pair. The shoebox is slightly damaged because it came in a shipping bag too, but the shoes are flawless. Can't complain. I'll wait for my other one to come.
