Moving the goalposts now? Almost everywhere in Europe you can find limited Jordan releases on shelves, so I don't know where you're trying to get. 

Trace, Night Cargo, Triple black , CNY,  and a bunch of other non collabs sold out this year. So yes UB still sell out. Saying most UB don't sell out is like saying Jordans don't sellout because they're on shelves. Various UB sold out recently

when OG NMDS released in 2015 there was mixed opinions on them. Some said the eva blocks looked like horrible legos.1.0's were considered as dad shoes until Kanye wore em. When EQT ADV released, there was nothing but  positive reviews from them. Strange how things work out
