I call them the "ones I couldn't afford when they came out but now can't find a 10 for my life."
I get you /all/ though, it's usually easier to identify by a moniker, but with so many new cws that incorporate similar colors in one way or another, there's bound to be confusion. Too many to keep...
oh duh, I'd seen your avi before, shoulda remembered that b. In CA in December and March, I saw some at Fashion Valley and was thinking that they'd start being stocked at ours over on the East Coast. . Never seen a racer in a shoe store in NC besides one consignment dealer downtown. Wanted $400...
I'm prolly the only one from NC on here but just an HOH update for those who may be: Raleigh is a no go, manager doesn't know the racer from the Lunar's /which we also didn't get/
^definitely what I've found when running in my Racers. If you want a shoe that's more conducive for lateral movements and or a comfortable ride over lots of miles, you'd wanna look at the Lunar's or something more structured.
Took a second to look at the outrageous ebay listings. . Obviously loving the original rope-ish laces, and I've seen a lot of cool weave patterns on this particular cw. Really hoping we'll be able to cop in the next couple of days.
yeah, definitely. I'd be tempted to white out the outsole on them too, which seems like the current trend, but I wear them so much that I'm sure cracking would be an issue every couple of wears.
This may be a dumb thought, but I just edited a red swoosh on a photo of the Oreo 2.0 which brought back a neo turq feel. . Someone will probably do it, anyway.
I'm hoping I'll be able to snag a pair and black out the swoosh, that would make it imo.
Eagerly awaiting the finished product, Marv! I wore my Lunar One's for over a year before I tried to paint the midsole, but they still crack after a couple wears/: I do run in them though, it might not chip as much if you're just wearing them casually. If I were you, I'd just keep a bottle of...
Hate to say be weary of good deals, but these days that's how it is.
Really thankful for one legit hook up on some Chlorines a couple months ago, but honestly I was kinda worried until they actually showed up. The world is running out of honesty, hahaha. Especially in this market.
yup, I guess looking back, I had probably seen them posted on a couple of different Flyknit instagrams in the past couple of months, but they were evidently pretty forgettable, haha.
