Do decline presses on a resistance ball? I do flat flies on a resistance ball, that's about it...for stretching purposes. Any workout suggestions?

I can see your point. Cross-fit really improves your explosiveness and endurance IMO. I do two cross-fit workouts on Sat to ensure I did my cardio and to build endurance. I do major body parts Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri. I think Cross-fit is a great workout. Also, tell your friend to use hand wraps...

Start Dez Bryant v Giants or Larry Fitzgerald v 49ers. My other two receivers are Josh Gordan and Jeremy Kerley who I'm actually depending on a little better. Larry not having a good QB and Dez don't get as many targets with Miles Austin out there. Suggestions?

I'd go with Josh Gordan. I have him as well, he's been very consistent and arguably their best WR.
