Try this:
1) Go to ups.com.
2) Click the tracking tab near the top of the page.
3) Click on "Track by Reference" on the left side of the page.
4) In "Shipment Reference," put your order number.
5) Fill out other info.
6) Track the shipment.

Check your spam folder. Also, login to your account and check the order status from there. A few people reported that they received shipping confirmations from Villa on Saturday.
Try giving Eastbay a call. They took these down from the site and put them back up earlier today. When this happened with the 72-10's, I gave Eastbay a call just to see if anything was available and was able to order a pair. If you do call, please report back.
For the people that are trying to use a promo code when purchasing through SNKRS:
1) Log in to your account on NDC (should be the NDC login that is linked to your SNKRS).
2) Add any product to your cart.
3) Add promo code.
4) Delete item from cart.

I agree that all should take out VAT, but they don't. The biggest problem to me with this is that most of the time, VAT puts most of the shoes I try to buy over the $200 limit and I get hit with customs.
