I am looking again at the BC and they are not bad of a shape. No cracking on the midsole and no blemish on the leather except for creases, which you expect even with gentle wear. If you get it for $100 flat, you got a pair you can rock for a long time with reasonable purchase price

If the box is original, there should be an inked stamp under the box lid, which is the factory inspection date. Also, BC 3's from 2011 did not come with those orange hang tags. If you see one in the box or hanging from the shoe, I would get suspicious.

The label behind the tongue looks good. I never seen that sticker on the insole before. Too bad no close up of the toe box to see if there is window peaks. There shouldn't be for J III's made after 2010. I wanted to see if the perforations looked good and shoe lace eyelets lined up straight...

I have both in DS and beaters, BC holds up better with wear. I would go with BC if I can be convinced that they are legit

These pictures from far looks OK so far but you should get a close up of the toe box area and label behind the tongue. BC 3 with mismatch e print looks consistent with legit pair. But again, these pic are from far away. I wouldn't pay more than 130 for either pair

I think I should take my time looking for my holy grail of DS Jordan III black cement. I probably run LC on deals on eBay and kixify here on NT and just enjoy the searching process in stead of putting all my faith on resellers. Thanks for all your support guys.

I agree with you 100%. I asked them if they are going to reimburse me for the return shipping and they sent me a one liner saying they will mail me a check. I hope they really follow up on this. I don't want to spend another week dealing with this.

Sounds good. I checked the order and it was ordered as Brand New. I wanted a DS so I paid extra even though the had used ones for 100's less.

BTW, all of the photos and detailed complaint was sent already.

Listen, they don't take Paypal anymore. I called them before ordering the shoes. They said they only take credit cards now. If they don't refund me, I have to call my credit card company or go to small claims court. I don't think small claims could even applies because the shoe was over $500

I think it would have been alright if I got some decent response fro RIF. All I got was "send it back" from some dips@@t who sounds stoned already. Listen, I love collecting Jordans but dealing with these kind of people really got me pissed
