would someone care to enlighten me why certain c/w would be deemed AMP? the camos, and now these..
i've more or less skimmed the majority of the thread since day one .. but yeah.. maybe i'm blind.
not just squatting but any exercises which require a firm footing.
i stopped training in my racers and chucks after i got my metcons.. great shoe.. and unfortunately it grows on you lol
got my AMPs in from the NDC restock! been anxious to use them for the gym. good god. i've been missing on solid lifts.. been using chucks and vans for my squats/deads in lieu of oly shoes.. these are just superb.
oly shoes have elevated heels. the problem with racers (and most running shoes) is the cushioning it provides, which is a problem for stability as well being able to drive the weight.
Hand soap works fine equally as well. I posted a couple before/after photos of my Oreos using a microfiber and a soft bristle brush and they looked new.

holy friday evening boredom... decided to see how well hand soap works for cleaning the flyknits.. lol
