As long as he actually likes what he got, there's no shame in that list. I probably would have passed on some of those tees or tops for a jacket or two though. SS had some excellent outerwear pieces IMO.

Assuming the items were in the same condition, very fair deal IMO. I would even have done it if he hadn't tossed in the Bling. The MA-1 quality and fit were, for me, disappointing particularly at its price point. Not that the F-1's quality was amazing either, but it's a nicer piece overall.

CDG Vans are clean. The Spiral and PBs on the other hand were horrible IMO.

Have you already tried to call UPS customer service or the UPS sort facility directly to explain to them the situation? That'll probably be of little use as they usually require the shipper to act on issues like that.. If there was no luck there, you could always call you credit card company...

Depends on how much money. Are you the one letting go of the Bogo? If someone really wanted the Le Bain, giving up the white Bogo and $20 or so seems about even. They could grab another white Bogo next F/W which shouldn't be too tough (using last season as a reference, who knows where the hype...

Really seems more than likely fake. I can't claim to be an expert in Zoo York tees, however. It doesn't seem to have the correct Zoo York size tag (Zoo York should be centered on the black tag), the ones I've seen have the Z closer to the top box edge and not perfectly centered like that one...
