Oh definitely. Let me rephrase that, I reread my post and it sounded dumb. I can see how his personal life is affecting his pitching big time, especially at a very young age. I just think its his mechanics, arm slot or whatever, is why he's been off and losing velocity. Hopefully everything...

I heard it was mechanics, and they found the problem, so he was just trying to work out of it. He was throwing like mid 90s last year when was on, barely hitting 89-90 now. He's only 20, but still. He recently married, and his sister just died... but I don't think any of that personal stuff...

Wellemeyer will probably get a few more chances to blow up before he gets replaced for the fifth spot. Bumgarner has been pitching horrible in Fresno (something has to be wrong with him). Pucetas looks like nothing special. Maybe Joe Martinez? BTTJ
