They are very nice! I have them and the quality is great! Didn't really need them as I have to many shoes but I thought the beige was a unique color to throw on a Jordan 3. Definitely will get some wear when the fall really sets in.
I really liked the 29 when it dropped but many thought it was the fail of the century. However, the quality of the materials used was top notch. I've sold them but I may go on the bay and find a pair for the low. I think sometimes we get a little overzealous with our expectations.
Give them to a kid that is less fortunate whose parents can't spend that kind of money on shoes. They won't care and neither will the people around him. You will make some kids day. You never know how much something so little can mean so much.
Nah. Not really much about Virgil. He's a designer that came on with Kanye and has forged his own path. Exceptional story as he is now the head of LV. A major achievement for any designer much more so for a black designer to lead a major fashion house like Louis Vuitton. The shoes...
Not really a tell of being fake. I bought a pair from Footaction and my friend got a pair from FTL. The front of the soles varied on clarity. His were like the one's in the picture.
Ultimately, it boils down to the person. Do I think a person buying a shoe that isn't from a verified retailer the end of the world? Nope. But this is only if that person is going to keep the shoe for himself/herself to wear. Now if they are trying to get over on somebody then that's...
Man if you got the coin and its something you want then go for it! :D But like you I think $100 the max I would go over. And even with that it has to be something that I really, really want.
I won a draw from SNS for the Air Jordan 1 Off White White pair that released in Europe a few days ago. I've been fortunate a couple of times but it's few and far between.
Yeah man. It's not even about the money it's about the principle. I'm fortunate to have a very good job and make a decent amount of money but paying 5 bills for a shoe that cost $200 retail is crazy to me. Don't get me wrong I've bought shoes for my wife that cost a pretty penny, but that's my...
I can understand wanting a particular shoe. However, when I read about cats paying almost 2-3 times over retail, I can't wrap my head around it. The most I've paid for a shoe after I missed a release was $60. To each their own though. I guess I'm just older now and more frugal!:lol:
For sure. There's always pre-release inflation of prices for kicks. Once they drop things start to even out and sometimes drop significantly due to another upcoming release.
