A "physical presence" doesn't need to be a store.  As long as they have someone from Eastbay working for them in the state, they can charge you tax.  Maybe they have an Account Exec stationed where you are at now?

Got these yesterday. I think they are a really nice snug TTS. They fit me like a sock, great for ball I think. But I think I would've been better off with .5 up coz I'm really going to just use these casually and could use the wiggle room. Really nice CW and love how the insole feels.

Lol they are the exact same as what you made! Now if only Nike would check out some of the PSd stuff in this forum we'd be set.
