I agree with a lot that was said....except anything to do with heat for healing.
As much as we all love heat treatments such as warm baths ( i love love love them), hot water bottles, etc. they won't actually help heal any soft tissue damage you may have (ie. torn tendon, torn ligament, pulled...
A lot of that stiffness could be from lack of blood flow to the area. I'd recommend concentrating on things that stimulate increased blood flow the area, ie. massage therapy, bfst, ultrasound.
I am so surprised to see this thread in here! And SO happy :) I love that this forum allows for so many other topics. I have a question for the photographers out there...Before you post pictures on forums/blogs/etc., do you watermark them to make sure no one steals them? Is it hard to watermark...
I'm a huge advocate of natural healing and can praise numerous methods that have helped me over the years. To keep the pain at bay without using medication, cold is by far the number one best natural remedy for pain! Especially if the carpal tunnel/wrist pain is from repetitive strain. On days...
I know what your going through :( Have you been doing any cold therapy? If not, definitely start doing that...especially after being on your feet. It will make a huge difference. Look into the wrap i posted about as well. It got me healed up within a month and a half...no more limping! Wishing...

If it is sciatica...a woman I worked with who suffered it pretty bad after her pregnancy always sat on a flat cold pack to help ease the pain. Here's some info on sciatica...might help determine if that's what it is. http://kingbrand.com/Sciatica_Treatment.php?REF=1110PV0.00
Hey rodrigofresh.
I've just been reading over this post. Wow...sorry to hear it took so long for results. I'm curious to know how you've been recovering since the scope? The knee is notorious for being a slow healer as it gets the least amount of blood flow compared to anywhere else in our body.
I'm a huge advocate of natural healing and can praise numerous methods that have helped me over the years. Majority of my pain and stiffness lie in my lower back as well. I have scoliosis, which unfortunately is only corrected by surgery (which i'm not willing to do at this point). However, to...
60+ hours a week on your feet! with plantar fasciitis! I am so sorry to hear that :( Because what you have been doing so far hasn't been helping (rolling on a water bottle and orthotics), I recommend changing it up a bit and see if it starts making a difference. Try no stretching whats so ever...
