Oh wow, really? I wonder what he's doing for them. I red that RL stopped using Caruso in Italy for their suiting and are now using Hickey Freeman. Wonder if he is working with that.
I agree with the first 3 pics. I hate that type of dress. Can't say I agree with the critiques on the last 4. The dude with the 'ugly face' is somewhat of a mens clothing celebrity - he was (is?) with the Armoury. Don't agree with the power suit being a fail. That guy (TimoTune) is one of my...
I pulled all those pics from StyleForum, and you're right in that most fits over there contain those colors. I personally do enjoy adding some more color to fits once in a while, but in a more muted way. I'll try to find some pics from SF that have more color.
You guys are correct that men wearing classic tailored clothing isn't a trend, because there has always been professionals that are required to wear such clothing. That is not a trend, that is a style of dress that has always been embraced.
Think about this though, 10 years ago if you walked...
I remember this! I think I have like 3 different buffalo plaid shirts sitting in my closet. What bothers me is when my GF drops $$$$$$$ on all her trendy clothes and stops wearing them after one season. What doesn't help is one of her favorite online stores opened up in Dallas and they are so...
To be 100% honest, I currently give a F about what's in and what's on the way out. It's 100 degrees here in Dallas and I'm bumming it in shorts, a t shirt, and sneakers or espadrilles everyday.
Disclaimer - When I say menswear is a trend, I don't mean classic menswear because there will always be people that wear it because of their profession.
To be honest, I'm not sure what's next. @wj4 is probably right about the luxe kicks being the next big thing. I keep seeing people wearing...
Menswear is most definitely a trend, and I agree that it's on its way out. Tailored clothing is so much more accessible to all people than it has been in the past. JT and his whole Suit & Tie song also helped with the hype. Everyone is into the whole #dapper thing especially with the comb-over...
Try blow drying the hair with a brush and it should give you volume. Then apply some product to it, but the blow drying should be doing most of the work.
I think your cheapest options are Chipp, Kent Wang or the Knottery. More expensive options: Vanda, Henry Carter, Sam Hober, and Drake's (I think NoManWalksAlone & Exquisite Trimmings carries them).
You could always try your luck at Malford of London and look for a used one.
Thanks for the link, unfortunately too big.

On another note, any of you guys check the TOJ thread on SF? Complete chaos, but not gonna lie, after seeing that pic of all the finished jackets I got a bit jealous for not having one.
