After using these 2 shoes, I thought Id write a comparison of both.  The Metcon 1 and Free Trainer 5.0 V6.  For size reference, I wear a 9 in the metcon and a 9.5 in the v6. Ive gone back and forth using these shoes in workouts and back in forth about which one I like better, which tells me one...

I wear a 9 in metcon and romaleos 2, and a 9.5 in reebok lifters.

Just a couple of things for people getting their first pair of metcons.... After just working out in the Frasers, the heel slip that youll hear about I think is mostly the first few workouts you do in them.  I remember heel slip in ever pair Ive bought (all blacks, game royals, amps, og volts...

Same here.  I expected the Frasers to be the one everyone wanted.  Maybe others have filled their metcon need on the CWs already released.   But regardless of how many pairs I had, these were the ones I wanted.

I think youll be ok. I wear a 9.0 in nano 4, and the Metcon in 9.0 fits just a bit more snug which I feel is perfect.  On the initial launch I bought a 9.5 and sent them back and waited and found a 9.0 and they fit me almost as if they are custom made.

Ive gotten the all blacks, amps, game royal and grey off FNL with no problems.  I did order 2 of the Frasers, so hopefully that doesnt create a snag.

Mission accomplished.  These are far and away the pair I wanted from jump. Again, Thanks Fresh.

No luck for me either at the Mall of LA in Baton Rouge last night.  I was told to try ***** that they havent had any metcons there.  Some of us seemed destined to get them online.

You should probably call back.  Just to make sure.

If you are waiting for the NDC release youre probably looking at August at least.  They just dropped the Game Royal this past weekend.  FNL is going to be the best bet.  Ive gotten all my metcons through FNL without a problem.

They are everything I dreamed of.  Congrats! I also called the Mall of LA because I was gonna ride out there this evening and they said someone else called too, and they dont have them.  Ha!

Thanks fresh for all the updates.  I wont be able to make it to Baton Rouge today, but we've waited this long, wont hurt to wait a bit longer - hopefully theyll be up online soon.

Please let it be Fraser day.  Please let it be Fraser day. On a side note.....having done workouts almost exclusively in metcons the past month or so, It also feels like the later update mesh models def hold up better.  I notice the earlier models seem to lose their form while the later models...

Def like the Red black cw of the 2.  The swoosh placement is similar to the Zoom Elite 7 I believe.  Im fine with them.  The weakness I found was the mesh, which they fixed on later versions of the 1, and the heel coming unglued which it looks addressed in some form or fashion.  I just hope...
