These are the 'Napes" pack, styled after the climbing gear of the aforementioned geological figure located somewhere in England. I'm kinda digging the cheesiness of the colors, definitely something I'd wear on a light hike!

I don't think so, it looks more of like a heather terry knit material. Yup, leather lined! And they're a really deep blue.

I remember these sat at Kith for about 3 months, both colors, and I let them slip through my fingers. That was back before I was into New Balance, but still. Easily one of the best 577, no, best collabs of recent years. 

They're calling the 997GY2 the "Pristine 997" on NB.com...a little cheesy but I kinda dig it. Also, a bunch of July releases are up, the 996/997/998 Rockabilly, that blue and red 1400, among dozens of Asian-made releases.  Also waiting with bated breath to see if J Crew is dropping a 997 collab...

I'm pretty sure they're just a GR, but I'm surprised I can only find them at SoleStop. They might be a July release or something, but don't hold me too it! I don't think they're part of the Encyclopedia Pack though.

These look really nice, but I cant really tell if the accent color is red or more of a pink with all that filtering...

I would contact J Crew and try to get a refund or exchange your pair, because your left toebox is totally screwed up. I'm surprised that passed inspecition, that's a pretty big error right there. 

There are some pairs on eBay for $$$, I'm waiting on a restock. Hopefully this week!
