I know a couple of teachers who thought about the "Mr. Jones" profile, but in the end, our school just created an online data base were kids can log in and check HW and class announcements and all that so there was no need for it.  I just think that keeping your professional life separate...

6th-7th grade teacher, I came home from the last day of school June 28th and had like 11 facebook requests from graduating 8th graders. No thanks, not worth the potential trouble. Don't see any reason at all why a teacher would potentially compromise his/her career.

As far as I know, the Confederations Cup is the winner from every continent plus the host country and reigning World Cup Champion, so 8 teams take part. So say Spain win Euro 2012, and even if Brazil win the Copa America...
