Alright, so when I went to my nearest UA store to pick up this "Brass Band" Curry 3 last week, there was a new girl helping me out. They didn't have the "Brass Band" on display so I asked her if she had it in the back somewhere and she seemed really confused so she brought out their visuals...
Ha ha, so true! Are you in Southern California? I remember one of the top bosses at the one near my house had a Serena Williams type build. Tall, ripped and super curvy everywhere. Last thing I was looking at was what Adidas shoes she was wearing. It was glorious.
Thanks for the pic, those are really dope.
Question for those of you that have this model and the heel slip problem: How did you solve it?
I have the Dame 3, D Rose 7, Harden 1 and Crazy Explosive, but I am yet to try these CLB because of the reported heel slip issues. Double socks? Extra...
That's what we talk about at work too, but the only downside is that we'll lose our Adidas discount and that bums everyone out. Ha ha. Sigh, First World problems I guess.
Hell yeah man, I cleaned house on the D Rose 6 when a bunch of them went clearance last year plus my employee discount on top of that. I guess this minimum wage retail gig has its perks. *Shrug*
That's badass! I wish we were championed for retro gear and what not, but it is only a mere fantasy these days.
They (Adidas) really don't, plus we're constantly hearing rumors at work about Adidas selling us and this has been going on for at least 3 years. Sigh...
Agreed with all of that, Bro, nice analysis, ha ha. The only difference is I have a regular/narrow foot so I went TTS in the Crazy Explosive and .5 down for the Harden.
How do you feel the D Rose 7 compares to these models?
Sorry, a little late to this post, but as a Reebok employee myself I can tell you that most of us agree with that for sure! Vector logo is so missed that many of us still wear our old kicks and apparel with that classic Vector logo even though Adidas doesn't want us wearing "clearance" styles...
Reebok employee here, and yes they are! I was impressed as well. Unfortunately, the pairs in our store aren't moving too much because of the $160 price point. But man, so comfy and so much nostalgia for me.
