Im spending about 30% of take home on rent. Goal is a modest 20k this year. I need to cut down my 15k student loans. I have a year of emergency funds already.
Definitely some quality pieces on that site. But im looking for something cheaper with a modern contemporary style. I might keep this furniture for 2-3 years max before upgrading.

Now thats very doable since you break it down that way. The hardest part it actually cooking breakfast since I dont plan enough time in the morning to actually cook the eggs. That diet is 3k calories?
