all three of KPs colorways are nice.. black/orange especially. Probably my 1st, 3rd, and 4th favorite CWs (with all black PK being #2) If black/orange becomes available it's an instant cop for me even though I'm not a huge fan of the cushioning.
Zoom in the flyknits is amazing. Super comfortable and still pretty responsive. Agreed that the non flyknits feel great too. Def feel the zoom right away. It's bouncy and comfortable without feeling tipsy or strange, just like ordinary non unlocked or non full length zoom should ideally feel...
Half down in the Flyknit unless you have a wide foot because it's narrow.. but tts, you'll probably get heel slippage.. just the nature of the full knit upper, so I wouldn't suggest for a wide foot. Tts in non Flyknit but I think the shoe runs a tad long personally if that matters
And Stanley Johnson definitely needs a wider shoe. You aren't supposed to bulge out that far just standing still! Not easy these days with an off the shelf nike though, as a lot run narrow. Kobe 11 isn't super narrow though.
Automatic laces are bad news for a bball shoe in my opinion.. for some people at least. A nicely designed shoe will allow you to lace one portion tightly, and another more loosely, and the laces will remain in that configuration for awhile before they balance out and force you to readjust. ...
My d lils came in. I got the black/grey jacquard bounce version. They feel nice, and fit pretty well with medium thickness socks. Can't wear my hyper elites, but fine with regular dry fit or stance fusion athletic. Cushion is middle or the road. Obviously not as plush as some zoom units, but...
Think that was auto correct. Yes, the fit. CE despite being one piece upper fits my apparently odd shaped foot nicely. The only one piece upper I've come across that does. Most adidas are too narrow, and nikes are too short height wise.
No, my true size fits small width and height wise. The one piece construction just pinches me in multiple places and I experience heel slippage.. but I can't size down since it's already too tight. Shoe just doesn't work for me unfortunately because I think they're awesome in all other ways. I'm...
If my dlil 2 bounce don't fit well, and I suspect they won't since they look a tad narrow and literally the only one piece booty shoe that's for me well was the CE, then I'll probably give the CEs a run. I need a second shoe for my rotation and it's such a PITA to find a properly fitting shoe...
Someone was selling a new Black/white CE on ebay for $89.99 in my size the other day :o Went back to grab them a few hours later, and they were understandably gone.
I think I'm going to pick up a pair of D Lil 2 bounce. Think these will go on fire sale soon?

Think of it this way. Say your sock was permanently attached to the sole of the shoe. On a hard cut, your foot could still slide inside the shoe because the sock is flexible. The only added resistance counteracting your foot's movement is that from the...
Yup, none of this is a knock on the shoe whatsoever. It did feel good on my foot, I just prefer more cushion. There are shoes that are objectively on the hard side like the Kyrie 2 and Curry 2. I can certainly play in those, but after a couple hours my forefeet are a bit sore. Boost is a tad...
My post certainly wasn't trying to knock it. It should be a nice combo of comfort and court feel. And there definitely are reviews stating the forefoot boost is minimal and not super plush.. and then there's reviews with excerpts like this:
"I’d say that this is the most comfortable ball shoe...
