That's what I'm saying... if Nike put these wheats out as a tribute or homage to Timbs at least toss in some of the Timbs sustainability. I'm not fully sold on the nubuck/suede covering on the posite as far as durability goes. At least the wheats won't be lint and dust magnets like the black...

I'd cop those wheat foams if they scotch guard it or weather sealed them. Something, anything more NIKE...come on.

Are the materials decent? The GR Kayano's were pretty vanilla in quality of materials to me... typical GR ASICS. The Packers were good, just wasn't feeling their color scheme.

Suede on Foam's is whack... I tried to give those black suedeposites a chance. Squinted, rubbed them, wore em around, tried making it work with different fits. Just didn't feel right. Felt dirty, figuratively and literally. Didn't need some moss growing from my foams. Re-packed and sent them...
