It's a better insole. Not sure if it's an ortholite but it's thicker. If you take it out you'll see it's not the thin cardboard insoles usually issued. Step in comfort is superior to previous.

I don't know if you guys can tell from the image but look at that toebox height difference and shape. Right pair (11/17 end date) has the dreaded shape, the left pair (10/09 end date) actually looks decently flushed. I'll try to snap some more detailed pictures later on.

Also between the 2 pairs, the Villa pair fits huuuge... loose. It's the toe box room on the bigger craftsmanship. The NDC pair fit me TTS. This could explain some folks complaining about how the sizing is so off while others just can't seem to understand how because their pair fits their normal...

I wouldn't be surprised if this was the case. Earlier last year I had the same experiences with the Laser IV's and the Black and White Jordan 1's. I think people who got recent 1's also noticed the random leathers on various pairs. It's definitely not all consistent.

There's definitely variants in the leather on pairs. My 2 pairs of size 9's that came in, one from NDC, one from Villa... the NDC pair has a nice soft leather, creases nicely, naturally, reminds me of the Chi 1's or UNC's. The Villa pair though... while not 2013 era synthetic definitely look and...

The toe's to compensate for the drop in insole. Take your insoles out for those who have the Labs, sucker is thick but so comfortable.

So it seems the main differences in last years labs (black and white ones) and the selections from this year are the leather liner, color of the swoosh on the outsole (orange vs. black). Last years came with the dust bag and 2 extra pair of laces. This years just gave you the leather lined...

Man with the weather and temps dipping, these Wools have been GOLD! I never even really noticed the warmth a month ago... but its' day and night now after wearing my normal UB's the other night have having my toes freeze up and swapping to the wools the past few nights. Definitely keep the cold...

Has anybody seen the black's still around for lower then retail?

I grabbed my Chromes on the initial SNKRS release. Worn them about 7-8 times full days. They're holding up fine. Granted I'm not relacing them, kicking walls and rocks, or balling in them. GamerG would be disgusted with my outsoles, but the Chromes fine other then some oil from finger prints etc...

Sizes reloaded for today for these.

Greys for me all day. Prefer the muted matted. The silvers have this shiny glittery look in hand. Like sprinkled with fairy and pixie dust.
