I received mine this morning, followed by a shipping confirmation this evening.

Just received my missing order confirmation email from ADC about an hour ago.

Their payment service, possibly overwhelmed at that point? First time I got through splash it was smooth on my iMac, paid PP, then CC, CC again and last one CC, all smooth, no issues. Later when I got through again it was when I couldn't complete transaction with any card. iMac was on TWC...

Maybe ADC flagged my IP after? Cards usually have fraud detection blocks at the worst time, my go to card is usually my Virgin America Visa signature, they flagged once for PSNY 12s but they do it different, they let the charge go through then call me, great card.

Capital One flagged charge, sent email to verify it was me and tried it twice after but error persisted even with a different card after.

Best I've seen them do is flat fee, sold my phone a while back ago because they were running a $5 flat fee to sell phones, even then they tried to get out of it and had to contact CS to get it adjusted.

I got through on pretty much every browser but the LTE one, but later once the site I guess had more users the errors began. First browser that got through, was able to go back 3 times to cart and checkout, no issues.

I use multiple devices, 3 macs with 2 browsers safari and chrome and one regular and one private mode window per browser. Also use 3 phones 1 on LTE, others on wifi, there are also 2 TWC hotspots I can use to have different IPs. I think it helps having multiple WAN IPs, not LAN IPs.

Okay, then it might not have gone through, I experienced the same but with my Capital One CC, flagged by CC, received email clicked that it was me and good, submitted a couple of times after and it wouldn't go, had 5 ghost authorizations but at least they were quick to remove them. Just hope now...

After you submitted, you didn't get that thank you for your order page with order # and address with total paid? The confirmation screen on ADC that is.

Go on ADC and put your order # and email and look it up, if it shows up then it went through.

Your comment got me thinking about it, I live close to Angelus Direct here in SoCal and the employees there are quite helpful with questions about custom work, maybe an olive or burgundy.

Yep, no need to use that /// for multiples, once you're through splash early, it's quite smooth. Could've copped more but don't have multiple addresses with cards attached to them.

I personally got through and paid on 2 different devices, 3 others got through but with errors, 1 didn't. On the first pair I just carted and paid, just clicked back to size selecting page and did it 3 more times until my session ended and it wouldn't add anymore.

I got through the splash on all my devices but my iPhone 6s, setup was that iPhone and 2 MacBook Pros, iMac, S5, iPhone 4s.
