I PM'd Eastbay Ray and I also sent off an email to customer service at Eastbay. Same here, I was really looking forward to using these to give my inlines a bit of a break. The toe peeling on your pair looks pretty nasty. Hopefully it won't take too long to get replacements!
Yeh, Eastbay Ray said that I will be reimbursed for shipping them back in the form of a giftcard. Otherwise I would be out of pocket by around $40-$50. Thanks for the heads up!
Yeh, I know how you feel. I was pretty disappointed to open the box at first and find the shoes in the condition they were. I spoke with Eastbay Ray and he has been soughting things out. In my case, he said that sometimes Eastbay's shipment from their suppliers get damaged when in transit and...
The box in the pics is what the shoes came in. I ordered some shorts, a tee and another pair of shoes for a friend and those shoes came in the correct box. The box that contained everything was sealed properly so I don't think anyone gave them a test run for me lol
Yeh, I've contacted eastbay ray so I'll see what he says. Unfortunately I live in Australia, so shipping them back to the states is gonna be expensive. Haven't had a problem with eastbay before so I hope its just a one off.
Here are some pics I quickly shot. The pair I got seem to have a few signs of wear and a pretty decent scuff mark near the top lace hole. I'll have a chat with the eastbay rep to see what they can do.
Hey guys, just a quick question. I received my Kobe V tb navy/white today from Eastbay and they didn't come in the standard orange Kobe box. I was wondering whether this was because they were a tb colourway? It also looked as though they may have been returned or a pair that may have been tried...
QFT. I'm not a fan of the scale pattern either. However, I like the shape of the shoe and if it performs anything like the latest Kobe's on the court and Nike comes out with a colourway that hides/disguises the scale effect I will have to cop a pair.
I can relate to the OP's experience with the Kobe V's. At the moment I'm playing ball in my Kobe V inlines and have worn them probably close to a dozen times. After an intense scrimmage or a period of prolonged running I can feel a burning sensation on the arch of both feet (more towards the...

Nice!!!
Best Lebron sneaker so far IMO. Had the Lebron II in the white/navy colourway and beat them up until the sole started to crack right through to the insole. The only negative with this shoe was while playing the tongue would sometimes slide below the top laces and rub against the...

Just checked my TB III's that I've worn a few times since I got them last August and noticed some slight yellowing on my left pair only?! Must be getting some more sunlight than the other heel tab or something. I just wish the Jordan III's didn't experience paint cracking or yellowing heel tabs...
