My BL's were my first pair. Never had any trouble with traction, but once again I'm not running my *** off and cutting like Ray Allen so I can't speak to that. BL's have the same "Smokey" outsole as the Achilles, which I also have never had any trouble with, FWIW, YMMV. I'm not here to argue...

Bought my first KDs in the KDXs this past weekend. Had to go half size down from my usual 11.5 in Kobes. I dig the KDX, fits great (except for the weird length). Never owned a KD9 so I can't attest to the previous zoom iteration but I dig the one on this shoe. A little firmer than my J31s...

Anyone have anything to say about the Mamba Rage model? Any different than the Mamba Mentalities? The grey/gum "Premium" looks pretty nice, but I didn't like the way the Mentalities fit me when I tried them on. I love my XI Elites, looks like the Mamba Rage might be the same type of drop-in...

I'd be hesitant. My ALTs are basically my rainy day Kobes. I don't see how anyone would want to hoop in them, the shroud is kind of noisy and restricts the flexibility of the flyknit. I don't know anything about cutting the shroud off, I've seen some on here that ended up trashed because...
