I cared for these and I came to the crossroads of having to do it for the sake of protection vs damage like a few months ago. This will help them to survive from now on a lot ,as they are 30 years old and are very very fragile .

They are half recraft,only uppers are recraft and sole and midsole stayed the same and only the recrafted sole and midsole went to the max IIIs . so they are not the same . I was refering to the full recraft version ,the og cw's . I still don't understand why we have the halfcraft . I should...

the recraft might be nike's best retro so far . however they are not the same as the original,no sir, for example the mesh of the retro is way way off.the og mesh is much nicer . Should I then not like the retro version?, no way sir As an og guy I can only be happy they are being retro'ed...

it was a patent problem. Avia had some patent that conflicted with the air design of the 180. So basicly if/when (I don't know if it has expired) the patent expires, the 180 can come back in it true form.

That particular batch of ceramic is a special batch ,I got one ,the rubber stays fresh, i have even worn them to town. That one you could have easily kept. anyways, I am glad to see and hear I 'm not the only one praying and hoping on the 180 to return in it's og form .

I believe so. had not seen them in years ,but I was curious to see how they looked like compared to the recraft . quality is a+. the mids still are white and the leather has not cracked. and they still fit :lol:
