    10% is a good amount, as for benching, ohp, sitting military, incline presses, workinggnwith dumbells. all pretty good, avoid decline though, it never helped me nor anyone i know who competes.

    I do a deload maybe every 6 weeks or so, i basically do more difficult movements that i suck at, which means ill lower to weight a lot to get the form down.     An elite total would be nice! You got it brah! I would work with triples and doubles in the couple of weeks before you max, thats what most people do before competition.

    Yeah, i get stupid, i would not recommend people do this, i also use false grip, i do not recommend it, one slip and im dead. Ive been using this for 10 years now though, so im very comfortable with it
