I must say it's very important and beneficial to track your progress. Was just looking at mines and March 8 I deadlift 295 and today I hit a new PR of 355 feels good!!
Question to you guys that take ON whey protein do y'all follow the directions of mixing 6-8 oz of liquid and then one scoop? Or do y'all add more? Tonight I use 6 oz of milk and one scoop of protein I know some people use 16 oz of milk and two scoops. Just asking to see what y'all do

also did 315 for 8 ..just last month I was trying to hit 315 for one and now it feels like LIGHTWEIGHT BABBY!!!
It's truly amazing what your body can achieve when you push it!!!
Joined the 315 club last night on deadlift. Hit it for a solid 2 now I'm eager to get back in the gym and try to go higher
Hit 265 on the flat bench today new PR felt good
Also hit 225 on incline bench. Normally I don't go heavy on incline because it make my shoulder uncomfortable
Hit 295x3 tonight on the deadlift a new PR
I wanted to join the 315 club sooo bad but it was starting to feel uncomfortable going higher in weight without a belt
